Carpet Cleaning

$30 per room  with a two room minimum. This price includes pre-spraying all the carpet and then cleaning it with hot water only so that all of the soap is extracted from your carpet. This price does not include moving furniture. We will move light furniture for a small fee, however, we do not move any electronics, beds, dressers or china cabinets.

Ceramic Tile Cleaning

$.50 a square foot with a $75 minimum. This price includes pre-spraying the tile, agitation to remove soil and grime and then a hot water clean and rinse. To even out grout lines after initial cleaning, acid washing may be required which will be an additional $.25 a square foot. Moving furniture from tile is an additional charge.

Pet Odor Removal

$30 additional per room

24 Hour Flood Restoration

We will extract all of the water from the property and move all furniture necessary.  We will then set up air movers and  dehumidifiers to dry out the structure of your property. We also have turbo vents to dry out the inside cavities of walls.  If you are filing a claim on your insurance policy, in many cases there is no out-of-pocket expense for you. The policy holder can use ANYONE to de-flood their residence.
